¹One SAPU unit of protease activity is the amount of enzyme which will liberate 1 micromole of tyrosine per minute. ²One HUT unit of protease activity is the amount of enzyme that produces a hydrolysate with the same absorbance at 275 nm as a solution with 1.10 mcg/ml of tyrosine in 0.006 N HCl. ³One million FCCPU units of papain or bromelain is the amount of enzyme that will liberate after 20 min. digestion at 45 °C 48 mg amino nitrogen from a standard gelatin solution at pH 4.5 or pH 5.5. ⁴One DU unit of amylase activity is the amount of enzyme that will dextrinize soluble starch at a rate of 1 g per hour at 30 °C. ⁵One FIP unit of lipase activity is that quantity of a standard lipase preparation that liberates 1 umole fatty acid from olive oil per minute.

Feeding Directions:

For best results, use daily. Administer as a treat or snack prior to feeding. May also be crumbled and mixed with pet food.
