Usual Adult Dose for Postoperative Ocular Inflammation
4 mL diluted in 500 mL of ophthalmic irrigation solution, used as needed for surgical procedure
Comments: This drug must be diluted prior to intraocular use.
Uses: Indicated for maintaining pupil size by preventing intraoperative miosis and reducing postoperative ocular pain during cataract surgery or intraocular lens replacement

- Solution should not be used if it is colored or cloudy, or if it contains particulate matter.
Storage requirements:
- Diluted solution: Store not more than 4 hours at room temperature or 24 hours under refrigerated conditions.
- Vials: Store at 20C to 25C (68F to 77F); protect from light.
