Can I take metronidazole with benzonatate,mucinex,alka-seltzer day and night?

According to the drugs.com interaction checker there are no known serious drug interactions. You should be fine - although you are doubling up on cough suppressants.

Is says u can't take anything with alcohol in it with the metronidazole and I was afraid of taking the mucinex thinking it has the alcohol in the ingredients
